For Young Girls: Ebony Sweetmeat is made of black grams that are rich in protein, iron, calcium, magnesium & potassium; protein required for growing children, iron prevents anemia (a condition prevalent among young girls) and other minerals required to strengthen bones.

    1. Thanks!
I found your blog very informative, I am also totally against wasting food, I feel we have to respect farmers’ produce; should not waste veggies & fruits in the name of decoration, presentation, etc.

      1. I completely agree! Many people take food for granted without realizing that some people do not even have food. Little do they know, this “expired food” can be used for so many things to make delicious recipes.
        Keep up the great work!
